The quality is good, and the pills are small and easy to take. I decided to repurchase since my family reported good dental health. As they often stay at home, I suspected they might have potential vitamin D deficiencies. I started with 1000mg, increasing to 3000mg, and there was a notable reduction in my chronic cough. Vitamin D also aids in immune regulation. I was also deficient in vitamin D and later increased the dosage to 5000mg while supplementing vitamin K for family members who don’t consume natto.
